By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the tk1772 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, casino games, sports betting services, payment processing features, and any associated promotional materials — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. All player account balances on the tk1772 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). tk1772 does not hold player funds in any currency other than BDT. Nothing in this clause shall prevent tk1772 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
